The Toyota Way

I am reading "The Toyota Way" by Jeffrey K.Liker for the second time. I now realized how much I did not realized when I read this book for the first time in 2004. Indeed, one will only understand jargons like one-piece flow, takt time, kaizen and lean after they have practise it. There are 14 managment principles in the book, and I think ANY seniors/managers/supervisor can get something out of these guiding principles. These principles sound abstract, sometimes even paradoxical; but...truth is always a paradox, and we have to balance it well.
